Clinton, Jr. has handled numerous cases involving breach of contract, collection of business debts, collection of legal fees, legal malpractice, insurance coverage, disputes among shareholders of corporations, and securities litigation including claims against investment advisors and broker-dealers. Clinton, Jr. has experience in handling business tort claims, such as tortuous interference with contract, fraud and fraudulent conveyance.
